Wigton Motor Club has presented £1,000 each to its nominated charities for 2024.
Club president Charles Graves presented the cheques to Sharon Sewell, of Cares Support West Cumbria, and Lorna de Nello Wright, of Jigsaw – Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice at the club’s base at the Motor House.
The club has also give £500 to Cockermouth Rotary, which helps the club with the parking at the Cumbria Classic Car Show at Dalemain, near Penrith.
