A collision on the M6 this evening caused long delays.
Our colleagues at Cumbria Road Watch reported that all traffic is being held due to the incident on the M6 northbound between Southwaite Services and J42 (Carlisle South).
There was queueing traffic on the approach.
The incident was reported at 6.25pm and the road returned to normal at 8.15pm.
