Substantial damage has been caused at Workington Comets’ home due to the high winds this weekend.
The pits roof and structure have been affected and the club said it was a major setback for their preparations for the 2025 season, which is fast approaching.
Workington Comets Supporters Club has asked if fans, sponsors or local businesses can offer them any help to repair the damage.
They added: “The club is currently working on improvements to the GT Tyres Arena and the damage caused will create a set back both financially and in time.”
