St Mary’s Hospice and Mind in Furness have been chosen by Playdale Playgrounds as one of its Charities of the Year for 2025.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, employees at Playdale Playgrounds voted to choose charities they wanted to support.
St Mary’s Hospice corporate partnerships manager, Annabelle Holloway, met with Playdale’s CSR team to discuss some of the exciting events and fundraising activities planned for the year.
Annabelle said: “We are truly thrilled to be selected by Playdale Playgrounds. This funding will genuinely impact the lives of the individuals we support, and we look forward to working together to make a difference.”
A spokesman for Playdale Playgrounds said: “We’re thrilled to announce our support for St Mary’s Hospice as one of our chosen charities for 2025.
“This is a cause close to the hearts of many within Playdale and the wider community, and we’re excited to partner with them, providing our time and fundraising efforts in support of the vital work they do for the community.”
