A man suffered serious facial injuries in an assault on a Carlisle street.
The incident happened on Charlotte Street yesterday, Wednesday March 26.
Police were called at around 3.45pm following the incident where a man, in his 30s, suffered serious facial injuries after an altercation with another man.
Police said officers were conducting enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this incident.
Officers want to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or those with dashcam footage which may have caught the incident.
