A sheep who was on the lam from a West Cumbrian field was finally picked up by police after causing some bother all weekend.
Copeland Police said: “After a very busy weekend PCS0 5436 and PCSO 5303 were heading back to the station when they came across a certain lady sauntering down Frizington Main Street, who had been causing trouble in the village all weekend.
“After a bit of a foot chase she was apprehended and put in the back of the van, words of advice were given to her while we waited for her to be picked up!”
