The finalists of the 2025 Cumbria Tourism Awards have been revealed.
Judges have whittled down the entries against VisitEngland’s strict scoring criteria and said the shortlisted businesses demonstrated they were offering fantastic quality, service and care to the county’s visitors.
The finalists across the 15 categories will attend an awards ceremony on July 8 where the winners of each category will be announced.
There are up to four successful finalists businesses in each category, and four individuals selected for the Sheila Hensman Unsung Hero Award.
For the second year running, due to the large number of entries received for the Taste of Cumbria Award, there will be two categories representing Fine Dining and Casual Dining Experiences.
Finalists now face another round of judging, with a visit from one of our mystery shoppers or judges before the winner of each category is decided.
