Derelict buildings in West Cumbria have been visited by police and council officers after concerns were raised by people.
Copeland Police said members of its neighbourhood policing team and Cumberland Council visited several derelict commercial premises in the Copeland area.
They added: “Issues identified as a result of this visit are being followed up by Cumberland Council, the owners of the buildings will be made aware and held responsible for any further work required and where necessary community protection notices have been issued.”
