Don’t miss the Red Arrows as they are set to fly over Cumbria tomorrow.
The RAF’s aerobatic team travelled from RAF Valley to RAF Lossiemouth today, Friday, June 6.
Tomorrow, they are scheduled to fly from RAF Lossiemouth to Liverpool.
The Red Arrows were granted official approval to put on public displays this year, following an assessment and pre-season training in Croatia and Greece. Pilots fly up to 15 times a week to perfect and polish the new display.
The 2025 season is the Red Arrows’ 61st summer campaign and comes after a detailed assessment, known as Public Display Authority, covering all aspects of operations, was successfully passed.
They will only be passing over Cumbria on their way from base to base.
It is anticipated they will return over Cumbria tomorrow, Saturday, June 7 at the following times:
- 4.27pm: North east of Workington
- 4.32pm: North east of Millom
- 4.35pm: East of Heversham

If you manage to catch them – and remember timings are only approximate and could change – we’d love to see your photos and videos!
