A steam train made its way through Cumbria yesterday – and here are some of your photos.
Initially scheduled as the Mayflower locomotive, it was actually the Blue Peter engine which pulled the private train tour.
Saphos was behind the Lakelander tour, which left Hereford at 6am to arrive in Carlisle at around 12.30pm, before leaving the Border City at around 3.30pm to travel on the Cumbria Coast Line on its return south.
Thanks to Andrew Moncrief for his photo from Whitehaven and Derek Skillicorn for his photos from Wigton.
