Workington’s PTS Plumbing Supplies held a charity trade day to back the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The event, on Thursday, was held at the firm’s Derwent Howe base and saw around 25 suppliers and clients come together to raise funds for the charity.
As well as trade stands, there were fundraising activities including guess the number of fitting, a raffle and refreshments.
The firm supports the community in several ways, including its weekly sausage butty Fridays, which sees all proceeds given to a nominated charity.
It also supports the annual prostate cancer charity golf day at Workington Golf Club.

One of its organisers, Howard Nicholson, said: “The continued support of PTS staff, including Peter Collis, Paul Livingstone, Linda Graham and Kerry Bartholomew give to the community is exceptional.”
