The incident happened in the Kirkby Thore area today, Thursday August 14.
Emergency services were called at around 7.35am.
It involved a HGV, van and a car.
The driver of the van sustained a facial injury.
The road was partially blocked and traffic was reported as being slow.
It appears the road has reopened.
