The A66 is blocked in both directions following a collision earlier today.
Our colleagues at Cumbria Road Watch are reporting that the A66 is blocked in both directions at Threlkeld Cricket Club, near Keswick today, Saturday August 16.
Emergency services, including the Great North Air Ambulance, are at the scene.
There are queues between Threlkeld and Penrith.
