Culture Bazaar

An unforgettable evening of fabulous Bollywood music will be held in October.

The event in Carlisle is a fundraising event to help Multicultural Cumbria stage next year’s Culture Bazaar.

Culture Bazaar is a free celebration of international art and culture, featuring music, dance, food, poetry, art and craft from around the world.

It will be held at Richard Rose Central Academy in Carlisle, next April.

Emmanuel Boateng will DJ at the October event who will keep the dance floor buzzing at the Tithe Barn in West Walls, Carlisle.

Soft drinks will be available, and delicious food can be bought separately.

Bollywood Night takes place on Thursday October 30 from 7pm to 10pm. Tickets are £15 and are available from EventBrite here.

Janet Cresswell, CEO of Multicultural Cumbria, said: “Don’t miss out on this fantastic night. Enjoy yourself dancing while knowing you’re supporting such a worthy cause of helping us to stage Culture Bazaar in 2026.

“For over nearly 20 years now Culture Bazaar has become the welcoming, inclusive face of Carlisle and its many communities, and it is more important than ever that it continues.”
