A man in his 80s has died following a collision on the A591 in South Cumbria.
Cumbria Police were called to a two-car collision on the road near Winter Lane, near Staveley at 3.28pm on Saturday October 11.
The crash involved a Peugeot 108 and a Volkswagen Golf.
The driver of the Peugeot, a man in his 80s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Volkswagen, a man in his 20s, sustained non-serious injuries that didn’t require hospital treatment.
Officers are investigating the collision and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact them.
