Residents of a village near Keswick are invited to an event to find out more about waste, highways and how to report environmental crimes.
Cumberland Council’s Lakes to Sea Community Panel is hosting the event on Monday, October 27 at the Braithwaite Institute from 5pm to 7.30pm.
People can learn about the council’s new reporting system for issues like fly-tipping and dog fouling, and to ask questions about waste collection and highway maintenance.
Council staff will be on hand to answer questions and explain how local services are managed. Tea and coffee will be provided.
No booking is required, but attendees are encouraged to arrive early to catch the full presentations.
