Workington Town have confirmed the eight players who have left the Fibrus Community Stadium.
Some were already known to be on the move – like Ciaran Walker, who has joined Whitehaven along with Cole Walker-Taylor.
Another move already confirmed has been that of Max Clarke to Keighley, while Australian Will Evans flew home earlier in the season.
But also leaving Town is Australian Cooper Howlett, who has signed for Goole Vikings.
Departing the club, but with no new destination confirmed are Dave Eccleston, Johnny Hutton and Ellis Archer.
Workington have announced the re-signings of Maltese international and joint League One player of the Year Zarrin Galea and fellow overseas recruit Levi Atiga.
Both have expressed their appreciation of what the club and the community have done for them during their stay in the area.
Atiga, however, has been linked to a move to crisis club Salford in recent weeks, although he has signed a new contract at Town.
Workington have re-signed a good number of their 2025 squad and have new recruits to announce, but it’s likely they will do the unveilings during a night for the fans at the ground.
However, Town have announced another departure in board member Kerry Harrison.
She joined the board following the death of her father Wilf six years ago.
