
A woman has been banned from Carlisle shops and supermarkets for five years.
Carlisle Neighbourhood Policing Team secured a criminal behaviour order against Roxanne Irving, 37.
The order follows Irving being sentenced to six weeks for six shoplifting offences between June 2 and August 14.
Irving is banned from:
- Entering any premises part of the Carlisle Shopwatch/Cumbria Safer Business Partnership (Carlisle)
- Entering any Heron Foods supermarket store
- Entering any Morrisons store
- Entering any Lidl supermarket store
- Entering any Aldi supermarket store
- Entering Spar shop on Newtown Road and Hutton way, Carlisle
- Entering Poundland, St Nicholas Gate London Road, Carlisle
The punishment for breaking the terms of an order can be up to five years in prison.
Anyone who witnesses Irving breaching the terms of her order should contact the police.
