An 18-year-old is set to appear at crown court following an two incidents in seven days in Whitehaven.
Cumbria police said Peter Thompson-Hine, of Tait Street, Carlisle, was charged with multiple offences following the incidents on October 20 and on Monday October 27.
He has been charged with:
- Handling stolen goods
- Dangerous driving
- No insurance
- Driving while disqualified
- Driving a motor vehicle while otherwise than in accordance with a licence
He appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates court today, October 29, and is due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on December 3. He was remanded in custody.
