A teenager was arrested after an electric bike was seized in Carlisle.
Carlisle Police were out tackling drug use around the city yesterday, Monday November 10, when an individual wearing a balaclava riding an illegal electric bike made off from officers.
Officers then later located the same bike and rider in the city centre.
The rider, an 18-year-old boy, was stopped and arrested on suspicion dangerous driving, having no insurance, and possession of a controlled drug.
The bike was also seized and police said it will be destroyed.
