
Drivers are warned of delays later this month as work is carried out ahead of a major scheme on the M6.
National Highways said two-way temporary traffic lights will be operating at Highgill and Borrowbeck bridges.
Contractors will be diverting utility cables underneath the bridges, ahead of the start of main construction work.
The temporary traffic lights will be in place:
- Monday July 27 to Wednesday July 29 from 8am to 5pm: On the B6257 underneath Highgill Bridge.
- Wednesday July 29 to Thursday July 30 from 8am to 5pm: On Fairmile Road, Tebay, near Borrowbeck Bridge.
