
A dog walker ‘grabbed a teen by his neck’ during a confrontation about a smashed glass bottle in a South Cumbrian town.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened at Kirkland in Kendal, opposite Kendal Parish Hall at around 4.30pm on Monday, November 17.
The man is believed to have been around 6ft, wearing a dark blue Mountain Warehouse jacket with black boots and was walking a black dog.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, in particular a man and woman who intervened during the altercation.
