Cumberland FA have announced a new partnership with TeamFeePay a football-only platform.

The new Club Support partners has been designed and developed by grassroots volunteers for grassroots volunteers.

TeamFeePay aims to help take clubs to the next level and achieve their ambitions.

Clubs who join have an account manager to support them with a plan-based approach that aims to make club development easier, including fundraising and e-commerce.

The new partners can collect membership fees, and fundraising donations with TeamFeePay automating the process.

On registration clubs will spend less time on paperwork with online player registration, including upload and managing of player ID securely.

Automated payment collection and access to digital fundraising tools also aims to give club’s a chance to boost income.

Member clubs also get access to online resources and support for grants and funding, volunteer recruitment and facility development.

Clubs can also unify club communication and scheduling in one location.

Ray Sempill, Cumberland FA football development officer, said: “We’re delighted to announce our partnership with TeamFeePay, offering clubs across Cumberland the opportunity to access innovative tools that simplify administration, improve financial management, and ease the burden on volunteers.

“This platform can deliver real benefits for club development, helping clubs operate more efficiently and free up more time for football.

“Supporting our clubs to be sustainable and forward-thinking remains a key priority for Cumberland FA, and we’re excited to see how this partnership can contribute to that goal.”

Phil Cowen, head of partnerships at TeamFeePay, added: “Cumberland FA are rooted in over a century of tradition that stands as a mighty force in English football, where community, inclusivity, and passion for the game keeps the spirit of grassroots football alive.

“We can’t wait to work with them to change the game for grassroots football clubs in Cumberland.”
