The same woman has been targeted in two separate incidents in Workington – both believed to be racially motivated.
Police are investigating both incidents.
The first happened on August 28 and involved a white vehicle in Station Road.
It was reported that a man fired a water gun at a woman. This was reported to be racially motivated.
The second was on Coronation Drive, Salterbeck, on September 11.
It was reported that a man shouted racially-aggravated comments towards the woman.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
