A silver Mercedes C300 was stolen from Workington and later found in Maryport.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, which happened on January 21.
The vehicle, registration number CW10 BOX, was found at around 3am on January 2 at Beechwood Close in Maryport.
The vehicle was found with exterior damage.
