The show takes place on Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26, from 10am to 4pm.

What is new at the Lakes Hospitality Trade Show?

This year, the famous demonstration kitchen, where audiences will be regaled with stories, advice, and live cooking demos, will play host to pupils and tutors from The English Lakes Culinary Academy, Bay School of Hospitality, Kendal College and The Rogan Academy alongside Kendal College graduate Phil Corrie, who is now head chef and business partner at Pooley Bridge’s 3A Rosette restaurant, 1863.

Amy Thompson, show co-ordinator, said: “We are thrilled to welcome these vital colleges and educational platforms, who play a key role in shaping and educating the next generation of talent entering the region.

“We also have MONIN taking to the stage, creating their world-class recipes and sharing the future trends. It’s a jam-packed two days!”
