Holker Old Boys had to rely on a penalty in added time to earn a 3-3 draw at Garstang in the NW Counties First Division North.
It was disappointing that play-off chasing Holker had to scramble a point after they had led 2-0 earlier in the game.
Farryl Foster had put them ahead after 18 minutes and Jamie Hodgson doubled that advantage four minutes later.
However Garstang pulled one back two minutes from half-time with a penalty by Liam Clegg.
Oliver Cooper levelled five minutes into the second half and when Weslie Bajraliu put the hosts ahead midway through the second half it didn’t look good for the South Cumbrians.
But three minutes into time added on they were awarded a penalty and Hodgson earned them a point.
In the West Lancashire League, Cleator Moor Celtic ended a run of defeats with a 1-0 home win over Milnthorpe Corinthians.

The only goal had come as early as the second minute when Romeo Park fired home through a crowded goalmouth.
Both sides had decent possession but defences were generally on top so chances were few and far between with Celtic’s Logan Carson not having a serious save to make. Skipper Owen O’Neill and man of the match Aiden Howarth were outstanding in a solid Celtic defence.
Celtic, who had Zach Martin sinbinned late on played the last 10 minutes with 10 men held on to record the win which took them to 11th in the table.
Milnthorpe had Rob Wilson, the former Workington and Kendal Town midfielder, as skipper.
Whitehaven had to travel for the second time over Easter and went down 5-0 at Burscough Richmond.

With several players unavailable and no recognised goalkeeper it was a tough afternoon for the Cumbrians but they all put in a good shift.
They were very good for the first half, competing well and very disciplined, creating a few decent chances but at half time the game was still goalless.
However Burscough, who looked a very good side, made the breakthrough on 55 minutes from a corner and quickly followed up with a second from a deflected shot.
Then everything they hit seemed to go in as Whitehaven stopped doing the basics in defence and really capitulated.
