Two people have been arrested and two vehicles seized during a police operation in Millom.
Copeland’s Neighbourhood Policing Team and members of the Firearms Support Unit conducted the traffic operation in the town on Friday during the afternoon and evening.
Police said several vehicles were stopped and resulted in:
- Two people arrested for theft following a routine traffic stop. They have since been released under investigation.
- Words of advice given to various drivers.
- Two vehicles seized
- Two traffic offence reports issued.
