A Skoda Yeti has collided with a Penrith flowerbed.
The incident happened today, Wednesday April 15, at the flowerbed between Corney Place and Duke Street, outside the Cumbrian Properties building.
Emergency services, including the police and the ambulance service are at the scene.
The vehicle is currently being recovered.
