Police are investigating an investigation into an incident of affray, racially aggravated ABH, racially aggravated common assault and criminal damage in Carlisle.
The incident happened at around 4.50am on Sunday May 17 on English Gate Plaza, Botchergate.
Cumbria police released a CCTV image earlier today to ask for help identifying the person pictured as they wanted speak to them as part of the investigation.
Officers said they have identified the person and their enquiries continue.
