A sheep has been injured by a dog in a Carlisle field.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, which happened in Brisco at around 11.15am on Friday, May 8.
The dog, which was being walked off the lead in the field, was described as a large brown/black coloured Alsatian-like dog.
The man walking his dog then walked off towards the Dacre Road area of Harraby.
