An arrest has been made after a man fled from the scene of a crash in Whitehaven.
Whitehaven Neighbourhood policing team officers attended a crash on Queen Street yesterday, Wednesday June 17.
It was reported that a man had fled from the scene of the crash.
The officers said following a search, a man matching the description of the driver was located and arrested for a number of offences.
The man has since been released on bail awaiting further enquiries.
