A man’s body has been found in Barrow.
The body was found today, December 28, at around 1.45pm in the Holker Street area of the town.
No formal identification has taken place.
The family of Oliver Davey, 20, who was reported missing on Christmas Day, have been informed.
A major search was launched for Mr Davey, including by teams from Furness and Millom Coastguard rescue teams, Barrow RNLI and Ulverston Inshore Rescue.
