[P]OLICE are becoming increasingly concerned about a missing 16-year-old boy who is believed to be in Preston.

Joshua Stock, from Gateshead, was last seen at around 6.40pm on Tuesday (April 25th) at an address on Elswick Road in Preston.

Officers would urge anybody who has seen him, or knows where he may be, to get in touch with us.

A Lancashire Police spokeswoman said: “We are worried about Joshua’s welfare and would appeal to anybody who knows where he is, or thinks they may have seen him, to contact us as soon as possible. Similarly we would urge Joshua himself, if he sees this appeal, to get in touch let us know he is safe.”

Joshua is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with hair which is short, blond and curly. He was last seen wearing a grey hoody and grey jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms, a black baseball cap and blue trainers.

Anybody with information about his whereabouts should contact Lancashire Police on 101, quoting log number 910 of April 25th.
