
Emergency services were called to Bassenthwaite motocross track on Sunday after an incident involving quad bike riders.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service said its helicopter, with a doctor and two paramedics on board, arrived at the scene at around 12.15pm.
A spokesman for the Great North Air Ambulance Service said: “Our team worked alongside the North West Ambulance Service to assess and treat a patient and they were taken to hospital by the North West Ambulance Service road crew.”
