[A]n Appleby man has appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court charged with three-offences of making an indecent photo/pseudo photo of a child, the three-charges relate to dates between December 1st 2014 and 13th October 2016 at Appleby.
Daniel Mc Kenzie Bradley, 33, gave his address as Rosedene, Battlebarrow, Appleby.
Court papers list the number of indecent images within the charges as 91, in categories A, B, C, category A is the most serious.
Bradley pleaded guilty to the three-offences and will be sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court on July 21, he has to register on the Sexual Offences Register.
