[P]olice have arrested a man following a drugs warrant in Carlisle.
This morning (30th June) officers conducted a warrant at an address in the Yewdale area. Officers seized cannabis worth an estimated street value of £7,000.
A 25-year-old man from Carlisle was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B. He has been released under investigation.
Temporary Inspector Rachel Gale said: “We are committed to tackling the issue of drug supply in the communities we serve.
“Members of the public can help us do this by reporting information on those concerned in the supply of drugs so we can investigate.”
