[A] Carlisle man has appeared from custody before District Judge Gerald Chalk at the city’s magistrates court accused of burglary.
Lee Stephen Carr, 26, of Abbotsford Drive, Carlisle is accused of committing a burglary on Sunday August 20 at the Wellbeing Pharmacy, on Eden Street, Carlisle
The allegation given in court was that a glass window was broken at the pharmacy and some drugs we’re taken.
Carr strenuously denies the allegation his lawyer Sara Budniak said.
The judge remanded Carr in custody to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on September 25.
