[P]olice are investigating a house burglary which took place in the Kingstown area of Carlisle.
The incident occurred late evening, on Saturday, 12th August 2017. The suspect/s gained entry by smashing a patio window and several items of jewellery.
Officers are asking for any information known about the stolen jewellery, which is distinctive in that it is made from Chinese gold, which looks a brighter yellow than gold usually seen in the UK.
One item in particular is a ladies necklace with 10 bright yellow gold stars on a chain.
There were also two Rolex watches, a ring with a pear shaped diamond and a number of other Chinese gold jewellery items taken. A watch and a ring can be seen in the attached picture.
