[A] man has been flown to hospital with serious leg injuries after being crushed against a wall in Whitehaven.
Police were called by NWAS at around 4.40pm on Saturday 26 August after a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Albion Street.
An air ambulance, two ambulances and an advanced paramedic attended the incident.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: “A pedestrian, a man in his 50s was flown to Preston Hospital having suffered serious leg injuries.”
Anyone who witnessed the incident who has yet to come forward is asked to contact Cumbria Police referencing incident number 186 of 26 August 2017.
