[T]he ex-members of Hotel California, KT Tunstall and Fish join forces and perform at Rosehill with this new exciting project – The Police Sting Show on Friday 13 October at 7.30pm.
Gus Boyd, Bruce Mackay and Gavin Dickie make up this totally live three-piece band with their re-worked interpretations of all the iconic songs from The Police and Sting albums giving them a fresh creative twist. This show is a must for any fan of rock music, it’s a fresh take on the iconic 70’s and 80’s songs that everyone knows and loves.
Featuring hits such as Roxanne, Fields of Gold, Every Breath You Take, Englishman in New York and Message in a Bottle their debut shows at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2016 were a sell out. Gus Boyd’s lead vocals have a similar range and timbre and coupled with his percussive guitar style delivers a great, passionate performance.
