[A] special ‘Big Birthday Bash’ themed market will take place this Saturday, (September 30) featuring a selection of new stalls, entertainment and free goody bags, to mark the first anniversary of the market relaunch.
Whitehaven Market takes place every Thursday and Saturday and has been an increasing success since its relaunch in October 2016.
The number of regular stallholders has doubled since the relaunch and income for the council has increased by over 35 per cent.
