[C]umbria Police were contacted today by a driver whose car was involved in a collision with a boy, believed to be aged around 14.
The report stated the boy ran into the road and collided with the side of the driver’s car.
The driver stopped but the boy shouted that he was fine and ran off.
Whilst the boy did not appear to be injured in the incident, officers are appealing for witnesses or the boy himself to come forward so they can make sure he is okay.
The incident happened at around 1.35pm on London Road in Carlisle near to the Lucky Dragon Chinese restaurant and the boy ran off down High Road.
The boy is described as being aged around 14 and around 5ft 8ins tall. He is of slim build and was wearing a black jacket, a black baseball cap, beige trousers and dark trainers.
