[P]olice are investigating an assault which occurred between 1am and 1:30am on the morning of Sunday 17 December at the taxi rank outside Court Square in Carlisle.
A woman in her 20s with dark hair tied in a bun and wearing dark clothing is reported to have assaulted another female.
