[P]olice are investigating a report of damage caused to a car while parked on Rydal Street, Carlisle.
The incident occurred between 7pm on Tuesday 13th February 2018 and 4.30pm on Wednesday 14th February 2018 when a passenger side window of a Fiat was smashed.
