
[A] MAN and woman who admit breaking the law during an incident in central Carlisle have been warned they could be jailed.
Dale Thomas Graham, 34, and 35-year-old Samantha Louise Smith each pleaded guilty to one charge at the city’s crown court. Graham admitted being in charge of a dog which, while dangerously out of control, which injured David Osborne. Smith admitted affray.
Both charges arise out of an incident at the city’s West Walls on April 23.
Graham, of Charlotte Street, and Smith, of Mount Pleasant Road, both Carlisle, were remanded in custody and will be sentenced on Friday.
Judge James Adkin told them: “All options are available, including immediate prison sentences.”
