[P]olice are appealing for information following a burglary at Aynsome Lane, Cartmel, which occurred at around 03:15hrs on the 23rd of April 2018.
Unknown offenders have approached the address and forced entry to the building before stealing a green Withers and Sons safe and making off in an unknown direction.
Police are appealing for any witnesses in the local area who may have seen any suspicious vehicles or people at around that time to get in contact. In addition to this if anyone is offered a similar safe for sale, please contact police.
