[P]OLICE are investigating as assault on a 19-year-old woman which occurred at around 11am on Saturday 16 June outside an address on Bassenthwaite Street in Carlisle.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The suspect is described as a white man, aged early 20s, approx 5’10” tall, with a stocky build, wearing a blue jacket and dark coloured bottoms.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact PC2179 Armstrong at Carlisle police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
