[O]vidiu Daniel Duncu, aged 32, is wanted for breach of his sex offender notification requirements.
Duncu was convicted of indecent exposure on 19th June 2018 at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court following an incident where he exposed himself in view of a lone woman in Carlisle.
Following his conviction, Duncu was required to register at Durranhill Police Station and has failed to do so.
Duncu, of no fixed address, is Romanian and has short dark hair.
Cumbria Constabulary would like to appeal to members of the public to assist with locating this man and would urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to email [email protected] or call 101.
