Police are investigating an incident of racially aggravated common assault that occurred on Duke Street, Whitehaven on Saturday 22nd September at 11:20pm.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The victim of the incident approached three males. One of the males then assaulted the victim, causing no injury.
“The three males were also racially abusive towards the victim then left the area.”
